Heyy,
I’m Hannah and I’m looking for two girls of a similar age to me to replace my current flatmates in a lovely top floor, 3-bed flat in East Village, Stratford.
The move in date would be the 14th September onwards but please note that I would need the details of my new flatmates to be confirmed by no later than the 22nd August, for the housing agency to carry out their checks in time for the move in date. The contract is until October 2026, however there are options to extend/end the contract as you see fit - so lots of flexibility!
📍Location: East Village, Stratford, E20. There are great transport links, with the flat being just a 5 minute walk to Stratford Station and Stratford International (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, DLR, Overground and National Rail). Getting into the city takes less than 10 minutes! Lots of lovely independent restaurants and plenty of facilities in the area too.
It’s also only a 5 minute walk to Westfield Stratford, which has a wide range of shops and restaurants, and just a 15-20 minute walk to Hackney Wick where you can find lots of canal-side bars and restaurants!

- 3 bedroom flat, fully furnished
- Large balcony, perfect to enjoy in the summer (stunning views)
- 1 king size bedroom (rent £1,084), all furniture in the bedroom is included except the desk, mirror and book trolley. My flatmate is happy to leave the desk for free. You will be sharing a bathroom with me.
- 1 x en-suite bedroom (rent £1,240), all furniture except the mirror is included.
- Bills approximately £100 a month, council tax band D
- No deposit, however you must have an annual income of at least 30 times an equal rent share (approximately £34,000) and a good or excellent credit score.

I’m Hannah, I’m 28 and I work for a software company based in London. I love music/dance and sport, and I like to go out and do a lot of this in my spare time. I also love going for meals/drinks out, going on nights out/to parties here and there, going for an explore or nice relaxing walk, as well as chilling in the flat. I like a mixture of hanging out with friends and being in my own company.
I’m really looking forward to meeting new people to become my future flatmates. I’m looking for girls who are friendly and sociable and would be down to spend time together and hopefully build a friendship in this big city 💜
