Double en suite room available in our townhouse in the Olympic Village.

Rent is £1270 pcm. Bills not included but these come to approximately £120 a month.

The room:
Room come fully furnished, with a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and large wardrobe. En suite comes with a large walk in shower and mirror storage. A new mattress will also be provided upon renewing of the lease.

The House:
The townhouse spans across 3 floors, with an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The en suite room available is on the bottom floor. We have a large utility cupboard with a washer/dryer, and plenty of storage for cleaning supplies etc. The house was fully furnished with brand new furniture, when we moved into this property in October 2022. We also have a large patio area, which leads into the communal garden space. We are also due to get the place repainted in October before our tenancy renews.

Current flatmates:
The current flat mates have lived in the property for 1-3 years. Laura (27) works as an Underwriter, Thivya (26) works works as a project manager and Vanessa (30) works as a Clinical Research Technician.
We’ve all met through spareroom over the past few years and get on really well. We’re friendly, very clean, respectful of eachother’s space.

Tenancy:
We are looking for another girl to renew our three year contract with on the 15th October 2025. The three year tenancy is to stop price hikes on the rent each year (can only increase in line with CPI). Break clause is after 6 months & you can initiate this by giving two months notice and finding replacement for your room after 3 months.

The Area:
We are located in the East Village, and are just a 5 minute walk away from Stratford Station, Stratford DLR Station and also Stratford International. The area has many great coffee shops, new Pilates studios, bakeries and also, just a 5 minute walk away to lots of shops and restaurants inside Westfield Shopping Centre.

New flatmate preference & extra info:
Female only and ideally similar ages between 24-34. Someone who is also a working professional and someone who takes pride in having a clean house. Sorry no students. The landlord requires that you must be earning annually at least 30 times the advertised rent for your room and have the right to live in the UK.

0% deposit scheme available subject to satisfactory referencing with the Landlord.
