I have a one double ensuite room available in a beautiful townhouse in the heart of east village from October 25th 😄 - you’ll be replacing me, I’m leaving to move in to a place I bought! 🏠
THE HOUSE & LOCATION
- 4 bedroom townhouse in amazing location surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops at the heart of the east village Olympic park complex
- 5 min walk from Stratford international rail and Westfield
- 10 min walk to Stratford underground station (jubilee, central, overground, Elizabeth, DLR)
- 15 min walk to Hackney Wick station
- Fully furnished with lots of storage
- Very spacious living, kitchen/dining
- Private outdoor garden terrace area which is great especially during the summer!
- No smoking household

CURRENT HOUSEMATES
You’ll be sharing with 3 other lovely female housemates - Wyn (28) works in UX, Emma (34) works in TV & news & Hallie (34) works in International affairs.
We’re into the usual things like dinners & drinks out, sports, and a Netflix binge. We’re all easy going, super friendly, sociable but considerate of each others space. We all work busy jobs during the week, but try to catch-up with one another in front of the TV during the evenings 😊
IDEAL HOUSEMATE
We’re looking for someone likeminded, who’s friendly, sociable, up for the odd takeaway and Netflix together & wants to treat this like their home. Important that your also clean, tidy and considerate with noise as this isn’t a party house 😊
THE RENT
- 1,101.07 + bills
- Rent is paid on the 25th of each month
BILLS
- bills come to approx £80-£110 per person per month. This includes council tax, water, heating, electricity and TV license.
- The internet is included
ADMIN
- No deposit required
- The flat is managed by Get Living london who sort any maintenance issues we have with the property, they always respond and sort issues quickly!
- They will need to do references/checks before you move in
- You will need to be working full time, pass an income test and credit checks. This process usually takes up to 20 working days prior to the move in

We will be arranging viewings over the next few weeks in person (happy to arrange a FaceTime if needed). We aim to have someone in place for the end of September to ensure there is enough time for the referencing as this can sometimes take a few weeks to complete.
