Double bedroom in East Village. Shared apartment

This room will be available from September 19th 2025.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, three sets of draws, 2 bed side tables and a chair. The flat is spacious and modern, with an open plan kitchen, fitted with a fridge, freezer, dish washer and washing machine leading into a lounge area with a dining table and balcony.

These spaces are shared with two males who are always very clean and tidy. They are both friendly young professionals who work Monday to Friday in the City.

The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate.

Bills are not included in the rent and are split between the 3 of us, usually coming to around £100/month. Please note that Get Living requires new tenants to earn at least 30x the current monthly rent.
