This is a professional flat but both are social, happy to cook + netflix together. It's not a party house. We are looking for someone lovely, clean, social and respectful of things like noise levels at night (walls are thin).
The landlord is GetLiving. com - there is no deposit but a credit check. They will require you to earn over £37,230 p/year and have a good credit rating.
