The communal areas are shared with two other males who are always very clean and tidy. The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate.
Bills are not included in the rent (except wif-fi). Council tax band D. Split evenly amongst the housemates bills are around £120 per month each. Please note GetLiving (the landlord) requires tenants to earn at least 30 times the current monthly rent.
