Description
I am moving out of my house share to move in with my partner, and I am looking to find someone to replace me on the contract. I have lived here for 3 very happy years!
There is a large living / dining / kitchen open plan room with a balcony. The flat is on the 8th floor so has a great view. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. All rooms have lovely floor-to-ceiling windows which let in so much natural light. You would share the bathroom with one other flat mate (the largest room has an ensuite). The building has a car park (but you have to pay for a permit if you want park there) and a secure bike shed.
It is easy walking distance to Westfield shopping centre, Stratford station. Stratford International station, the Olympic Park and loads of local amenities. The whole village feels very safe and secure and there are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants around.
The two remaining tenants are working professionals, who leave for work early. For this reason, we are looking for a fellow professional who is friendly and sociable but also respects our need for sleep during the busy working week! We enjoy socialising and spending time together in the flat; eating dinner, watching TV and chatting. We consider each other friends not just flatmates!
You will be renting from the central East Village company - Get Living. They will sort out all of the paperwork and there is no security deposit if you can prove you earn over a certain amount (TBC) and can prove you have a good credit score. They are really great to rent from and fix any issues almost immediately.
Council tax band D. This plus electricity, heating and water come to around £120 each per month.
