Bright Double Room Available in East Village

Hey! We’re looking for a third flatmate to join us in our beautiful 3-bed, 2-bath flat in East Village. One of our flatmates is sadly moving out, so we’re hoping to find someone great to take the third room.

We’re looking for a professional with an annual income of £34k+ (required for referencing).

About us: We’re a pretty chill household and like to keep the flat clean and cozy, so ideally you’d feel the same. It’s the kind of place where you can relax after work, but we also enjoy the occasional dinner party or gathering with friends to make it feel warm and welcoming. It’s definitely not a party house.

The flat comes with free Hyperoptic WiFi included in the contract, and bills usually come to around £150 per month on average.
