📅 Move-in date room will be available from 28th September (afternoon), and the new flatmate will take over tenancy from the 1st October.
🔑 Deposit not required, but reference checks will take place; gross annual income must be at least 30x your share of the rent, and you must have a credit score of good or excellent.

🛏 THE ROOM:
It's a perfectly proportioned double room (with storage space under the bed) featuring a double floor-to-ceiling window, ideal for anyone who loves waking up to natural sunlight. Comes with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe reaching from floor to ceiling, a bedside table, and multiple chests of drawers. You will share a bathroom with one other flatmate.
🏠 THE FLAT:
The apartment has been beautifully maintained- we're very tidy and stick to a weekly cleaning routine. One of the best features is that it's a corner flat on the 9th floor, offering fantastic views and ample natural light in the open-plan kitchen and living area. BONUS: You can enjoy watching the sunrise from your bedroom and the sunset from your balcony. Honestly, it's an incredible place, and I already feel a bit sad to leave.

I'll leave it to them to introduce themselves, but I'll miss the chats and the Patina Babe Cave. Over to the babes;
Becky: 33 - When I'm not out with friends or my boyfriend, I love coming home to reenergise with a podcast or a trashy series. Leanne and I have our own lives, but we enjoy catching up after the day and occasionally having a wine hangout/night out.
Leanne: 30, sociable but also loves my chill time. I’m into fitness, good food and the occasional night out/ or a wine night in 🤭I keep things tidy and like a clean, chill & positive home vibe ✨

They’re looking for a lovely female late 20s / 30s to join their calm and cosy flat — it's a little haven away from the London chaos, so not a party place. They’d love someone tidy, easygoing, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces. Bonus points if you're up for chats on the sofa and getting stuck into some good (or terrible) reality TV.
💰 RENT AND BILLS:
Rent is £955 per month, and we rent through Get Living, which makes maintenance easy - they handle fixes, so you won't need to worry about anything breaking.
- Council tax is approximately £51 per person.
- Water is about £26 per person.
- Electricity (EDF & ELE) averages around £50 pp, though this varies throughout the year.
- The Internet is included in the rent.
🔑 VIEWINGS AND MOVE:
- The new flatmate will take over the tenancy from the 1st October, with the room being available to move into on the afternoon of Sunday, 28th of September.
- Viewings to kick-start from week commencing 1st September (evenings only during the week, but we can do viewings throughout the day on Friday as Becky and Leanne work from home. Weekends, we can be flexible.
