Looking for a lovely female professional (24–35) to take my beautiful ensuite room with one of the 2 options available below:
Option 1:
📅 Dates: 1st Dec 2025
💷 Rent: £1200.20 plus bills ~£120 (the rent from January is £1246)
🧾 References required, must be earning £38000+ and a good credit score to pass references with Get Living.
You'll pay me December's rent but you'll sign a new lease starting from January 2026 before you move in. Although the new lease is 3 years, it allows for free tenancy transfers and replacements throughout which is how I got this flat as well.
Option 2 :
Perfect if you need a short-term stay over the holidays, are between places, or just want a cozy base for the month!
