The Flat:
• Bright and modern, with a spacious open-plan kitchen / living area
• Two sets of double doors that fully open onto a huge wrap-around balcony – perfect for summer evenings
• Fast WiFi
• Dishwasher, washing machine, and plenty of storage
Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with two amazing women who both work in the music industry. One works from home full-time, while the other is often away on tour for weeks or months at a time, dipping in and out of the flat.
This is very much a home, not just a flatshare, so we’re looking for someone who will treat it that way. The girls are an absolute hoot to live with, but we also respect each other’s space. You’ll fit right in if you like to have a laugh, enjoy reality TV, movie-and-snack nights, love going to gigs, and have a keen interest in music — just to name a few.
During the week things stay fairly low-key — we all work hard, so it’s usually gym, wine, or chill evenings. I’m genuinely sad to be leaving, as it’s been such a special place to live, and whoever moves in will be very lucky.
Looking For:
We’re ideally looking for someone who isn’t fully WFH, hybrid or mostly office-based, or someone who works shifts would be a great fit.
We’re open to girls & guys.
We’re all in our early–mid 30s, but age isn’t a prerequisite. It’s all about finding the right fit for the flat and, most importantly, someone who wants to make it their home.
The Area:
• Located in vibrant East Village, a short walk from Stratford International and Stratford stations
• Superb transport links: Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground, Elizabeth line & National Rail
• Close to Westfield Stratford, Olympic Park, Hackney Wick, gyms, shops, restaurants, and plenty of green space
📅 Available from: 1st November 2025 (flexible if needed)
📝 Contract: Ends March 2027 (around 16 months from moving in)
💳 Deposit: None required by Get Living (the landlords), but a full credit check and proof of income are required.
The SMART TV and dresser are mine but, if you wanted to keep them as part of the room we can chat about it.
