Hi all!

My name is Sarah and I’m looking for someone to take over my room in my lovely flatshare. I’m moving abroad for studies and will be very sad to be leaving this flat as I’ve loved living here!

Rent is £975 plus bills and council tax (max £140 each in winter, less in summer). You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one flatmate.

You’ll have be living with 2 lovely flatmates: Ashlee and Ananya

The flat would suit you if you’re looking to help cultivate a home that is:
- warm and cosy - a place to relax and unwind at the end of the day 🪴🧘‍♀️☀️
- welcoming and friendly (you’re open to chatting from time to time and taking an interest in each others lives) 💬😊
- clean and tidy 🧼
- filled with happy and positive vibes ✌️💃

Some other things:
- Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers (tallboy), and 2 night stands (I’ve stuck one of them in the wardrobe) included. The room is spacious enough to accommodate a large desk.
- 24/7 security and access to maintenance staff as and when we need
- No deposit required
- You’ll need to go through referencing checks with the landlord (Get Living) and be earning more than £30,000p. a.
- The rent increased a few months ago so wont be increasing anytime soon
- Move in date: 23rd February

The Flatmates:

Ashlee is 33 years old and originally from Australia. She’s been in the UK for 7 years. She works in public service consultancy and mostly work from home unless she’s out and about meeting clients. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, nature walks, meditating, singing and catching up with friends.

Ananya is 26 years old and is originally from India. She’s been in the UK for 3 years. She works in a construction company as an engineer and works hybrid, going to the office a couple of times a week. Outside work, she likes hanging out with friends, watching comedy shows and movies, and going to the gym. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with her, which she likes to keep clean.
