Double Bedroom available in a Townhouse flat share.
We are looking for a new housemate to move into our large 4-bed, 3 bathroom townhouse in East Village. The tenancy transfer would be from the 2nd of November.
You will be replacing Christos, who is sadly leaving after over 1 year at the flat to move in with his partner.
We are looking to organise viewings in the near future, but need to find a person that is the right fit.

THE ROOM
The room comes fully-furnished (fitted wardrobes, drawers, bedside tables and bed).
The video/pictures of the room are from various past tenants to give you a glimpse at how it may be furnished/styled.
Bills and communal expenses are approx. £150/month pp including; Council Tax, Electricity, Water, Heating, Internet (1Gbps), Netflix, & a Cleaner every 2 weeks.
We share quite a few things around the flat so you'd also be expected to contribute for things like cleaning supplies or whatever the majority of the flat deems as necessary.
Move in Date: 2nd of November onwards
The landlord, Get Living London (GLL), is a fee-free property management company, and so there is no legal deposit required.
GLL will need to do referencing and paperwork which can take up to 4 weeks for any new resident.
To pass GLL's referencing you will need to prove you earn above a certain amount per annum - the number this year should be around £35k+.

Our two-storey townhouse is on the corner of Honour Lea Avenue & Olympic Park Avenue, with it's own front door and a large balcony overlooking the Olympic Park.

THE FLATMATES & NEW JOINERS
The current flatmates are Brennan (30), Louisa (30) & Amy (27).
All three are professionals who are very easy-going. Louisa works in hospitality so has varying shifts, and Brennan and Amy work hybrid office jobs. It’s always been a fun and friendly household over the years so we're keen for the new flatmates to fit in and be up for socialising. This includes going out for drinks/food, games nights, and sometimes hosting the occasional afters.
We're looking to invite candidates for viewings and then once narrowed down ideally get together for a drink so that the four of us can get to know each other.

The Flat is a 5-minute walk to Stratford International Station and DLR, around 10 minutes to Stratford Underground, and around 10 mins to Hackney Wick Overground.
Hackney Wick, Barge East, Here East are all on our doorstep - great for bars and social activities. We are basically in the Olympic Park, and then Victoria Park, Hackney Marshes & Walthamstow Marshes are all a stone’s throw away - lots of green space and great routes if you like your running/walking.
5 mins walk to Westfield (incl. big Waitrose), 1 min walk to Nisa Local, 5 min walk to Sainsbury's Local & Tesco Express, 20 min walk to Lidl and big Asda.
