You’d be joining my friend Amar who works in finance and enjoys cooking and sport (bonus points for football and snooker). Bills vary depending on the month, with water, council tax, electricity and gas averaging around £120/month. WiFi is included in the rent.
We also have a lovely balcony which is great on summer nights.
Amenities are modern and stylish - dishwasher and washing machine, sleek and bright bathroom, large fridge, modern hob and cooker, lots of kitchen storage space.

- 5th floor. Quiet and secure.
- Double bed.
- Large wardrobe and chest of drawers is included, plus space for a desk.
- Big window for views with blackout curtains for privacy.
- Private bathroom with enormous mirror and modern sink and shower.

LOCATION
- In the heart of East Village, with beautiful local park and local independent shops, cafes and bars
- 30 second walk to Sainsbury’s.
- 3 minute walk to Westfield and Stratford International.
- 10 minute walk to Stratford Station.
- 10 minute walk to Hackney Wick for great pubs and food.
- We’ve lived here for 3 years very happily with no issues. Village feels safe and vibrant.

RENT
- £1260 (bills approx. £120/month)
- Zero deposit if you pass Get Living checks (earning >£30k p/a)

LANDLORD
- The flat is managed by Get Living London.
- They will need references before you move in, which usually takes up-to 20 days.
- Get Living have a maintenance team who sort out all maintenance issues.

The landlord uses Canopy to check income so I would recommend getting signed up to that and completing the Rental Passport to get the ball rolling, if possible before viewing, I can send you more information if needed.
