There is a lovely balcony with sunset views of the park, the flat comes furnished with appliances and a dishwasher and has underfloor heating. WIFI is included but other bills aren't :(
less than 10 min walk to Stratford International so you have access to DLR, Elizabeth line and National Rail, overall super accessible.
East Village in particular is a lovely and peaceful area with lots of greenery, parks and small ponds, and if you stroll over a small bridge you get to Hackney Wick.
We want to send an offer in ASAP so if you are interested please reach out!:) The property is available 10 days from when an offer is sent, and our lease is ending on the 23rd of Setpember (hence the urgnecy)
The total rent of the property is 2990 so 1495 per room, but we are happy to negotiate the split of the rent and accommodate different budgets.
