Hey! 👋 I’m Jay (F), and I live in a lovely flat in East Village (E20) with my boyfriend Mikey (M) and our best friend Nick (M). We’re all about good vibes, creativity, and making a home feel like home, and we’d love to welcome someone to join us.

About Us
• Me (Jay): I’m a musician, I love cooking (seriously, the kitchen is my happy place), and I hit the gym fairly regularly.
• My boyfriend: Also a musician, super chill, a freelance creative, he's super laid-back and always down for a chat or a chill night in.
• Nick: Works in tech, he's kind, thoughtful — and also enjoys cooking, so the flat often smells amazing.

The Flat & Room
• The flat is in East Village, E20, right next to the Olympic Park.
• Winter garden balcony that overlooks the buildings shared courtyard and Olympic Park.
• Transport is super convenient: ~5 min walk to Stratford International, ~10 mins to Hackney Wick, ~15 mins to Stratford.
• The place is furnished, and there’s a shared living room.
• The room is a double with:
◦ A comfy double bed
◦ Two full-width built-in wardrobes 
◦ An ensuite bathroom - no queueing for the shower. 
◦ A nice view over the city / Olympic Park.

Money Stuff
• Rent is £1,345 PCM for the room.
• Bills (electricity, water, council tax etc.) are separate - around £100 per month.
• There’s a zero-deposit scheme in place, which is super handy.
• The tenancy is via Get Living, so you'll go through their referencing process.

Who We’re Looking For
• Someone friendly, respectful, and laid-back, who’s into having a home that’s social but is also happy having their own space.
• Queer-friendly is very important - this is a safe, inclusive space.
• Whether you're social or more independent, you’ll fit right in. We love eating together, having the occasional movie nights, and celebrating each others birthdays.
