We have one very large bedroom available in spacious 3 storey fully furnished townhouse in East Village, Stratford. £0 deposit.
I’ve lived in the house for 1.5 years and it’s such an amazing place - I’m super sad to be leaving but I’m leaving the UK shortly.
THE ROOM
• Large room on top floor of the house with Juliette balcony which gives natural light into the room through the double doors with blackout curtains.
• Space for a desk if needed
• Fully furnished with double bed and mattress, bedside tables, huge built in double wardrobe and one drawer unit.
• Large double storage cupboard on the landing outside of the bedroom with coat rail.
• Shared bathroom with just 1 person - tons of storage space for toiletries. Bath/shower.
• Looking for housemate to move in by 13th November latest, ideally 1st/2nd November.
THE HOUSE
• 3 storey townhouse in a quiet mews within East Village. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of those is en-suite).
• Entry via communal garden with a fob or front door access through the mews.
• Sizeable and fully furnished living room including large wall mounted TV.
• Well equipped large modern kitchen, lots of cupboard space and a 6 seater dining table.
• Large private decked garden that leads on to an enclosed communal garden - great for summer and private enough for sun lounging! During summer months we get the sun at the height of the day to early evening.
• Secure bike storage or underground car park available through Get Living. Extra cost.
LOCATION
• Ideally located in a less than 5 minute walk to Westfield, Stratford Underground station and Stratford International.
• Immediate access to the Olympic park with gyms, Olympic pool, green space and plenty of cafes/restaurants.
• Hackney Wick and the canal within walking distance.
HOUSEMATES
You will be living with Ella and Alisha.
• Ella (28) is a teacher and Alisha (27) works in financial services. Alisha works from both home and the office whilst Ella is at school during the week.
• Both Ella and Alisha are social but also respect space and privacy.
IDEAL HOUSEMATE
• Female only
• Someone wanting to make the house their home and maintains the cleanliness.
• A sociable housemate but at the same time respects each others privacy.
RENT/BILLS
• £991 plus bills.
• Bills are approximately £140-£200 per month depending on the season. This includes all utilities, council tax and wifi.
• Wifi has excellent connection for anyone working from home.
• We have an amazing cleaner who comes every 2 weeks, cleaning the whole house inc. bedrooms (£16 per visit each).
The house is fully managed by Get Living London who will complete references prior to you moving in which is very straight forward (FYI you’ll need to earn a minimum of £29,730 a year and have a good or excellent credit score or you’ll need a guarantor). £0 deposit!
From November 2025 there will be 9 months left on the tenancy but this will be renewed in August 2026. If you renew and want to move out earlier than the lease end date, simply find someone to replace you.
