East Village En-suite Room Available for Let!

Hiya! I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in our lovely 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in East Village (E20 ). The room is available now and comes with its own private en-suite bathroom – a real perk!

Rent is £1,370 per month. This includes WiFi.

Bills not included: You'll just need to chip in separately for water, electricity, and energy (we split these fairly). We'd also need to share the council tax cost.

The lease runs until 22nd February 2025. The great news is, it's with GetLiving and is open to renewal after that if you love it here (which you will!).

About the Flat & Location:
You'll be moving into a modern, bright apartment in the heart of East Village. It's an amazing location – right next to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, with Stratford Westfield, the stations (Stratford International & Underground), and all the amazing cafes and bars right on your doorstep. It's a brilliant place to live.

A quick note on the deposit:
Because the lease is for a fixed term, there is a deposit of £1370 (1 month rent) required. This will be fully protected and returned to you at the end of the lease in February, provided everything is in good order. You will also be added to the official contract with Get-living with an admin fee.

I'm an easy-going and considerate professional. I'm hoping to find a flatmate who is:
Reliable and communicative.
Clean and tidy, especially in our shared spaces like the kitchen and living room.
Friendly and respectful– up for a chat sometimes, but also happy to do their own thing.
