Furnished king-size bedroom within a 3 bed top floor flat with balcony views of the Olympic Park and the city. Open plan kitchen/living area with full length balcony (accessible from every room). The bathroom is shared with one female flatmate.

I'm sadly leaving this lovely flat to move in with my partner after living here for nearly 2 years.

Rent payment is taken on the 24th of each month so I’ve listed this as the availability date as 24th November here. However, I’m open to negotiating an earlier move in date if that suits better.

The current lease runs until 24th July 2026, but you will be able to stay and take on a new lease with the girls who plan to stay. Please note the rent will be reviewed with the new lease so could be subject to an increase.

You:
The girls are looking for a friendly, tidy and clean female flatmate to join the flat. They're not party animals, but up for catching up after work, watching a film etc 😊 No pets please, but house plants are welcome and encouraged 🪴

The flat is let by Get Living. No deposit required but they do have a referencing process which you will need to complete if taking the room. You will need to earn at least £29k a year as Get Living ask that you earn 30 x the monthly rent.

Bills are not included but come to around £100-140pcm (depending on the season). Broadband is included in the rent so just council tax (band D), heating, electricity and water bills to cover. We also share responsibility for bill payments - I currently cover the East London Energy and Thames Water bill, so these bills would be responsibility of the new tenant.
