You’ll share the bathroom with a Taiwanese restaurant manager — she’s warm, sociable, and respectful. Her shifts end around midnight, but she’s extremely quiet and spends most of her time outside the flat.

• Deposit: mostly not required(deposit on you salay and decide by getliving.

• Tenancy length: 36 months (until 12 August 2028)
• Break clause: 6-month break clause
• Notice period: 2 months
• Income requirement: salary must be at least 30× rent (as per Get Living policy)
