Double room available in a spacious, modern 3-bed flat.

The room comes furnished with a king sized bed and mattress, a large wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The desk and chair currently pictured are not part of the room.

You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other flatmate.

The apartment is bright with a south west facing balcony and an open plan kitchen living area.

You will be sharing with Andre (28) and Eleanor (27) as our flat mate is leaving. We are professionals working in HR and TV production, both with a hybrid WFH arrangement. We enjoy hanging out as a flat, having a laugh but have a mutual respect for each others space. We are looking for someone who’s considerate, easy going, clean and looking to make the place a home.

The flat is conveniently located in East Village, Stratford and therefore benefits from great transport links - DLR, Central, Jubilee, Overground and Elizabeth line. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes nearby with the Olympic park and Westfield right on our doorstop!

To rent with Get Living, you don’t need a deposit but your salary does need to be 10x the combined monthly rent - so about £35k pa.

Bills are not included in the rent, they come to about £150 ish per month maximum. We haven’t needed to turn the heating on over winter time as these are very modern flats which are great at keeping heat in.
