I’m usually out of the city 1x/month, which means you’ll get the apartment to yourself sometimes :)

Housemate Essentials:
- Super clean & tidy - “clean as you go” and minimal in shared spaces (no extra clutter, please 🙈) - very important
- Non-smoker / non-vaper & non-pork household
- Considerate, respectful of personal space and appreciates a calm home (this isn’t a party flat)
- Salary 60K+ to pass the mandatory checks
