Spacious Room in Friendly Flat in East Village!
We're looking for a friendly flatmate to share our home with! We have a spacious double room available in a modern 7th floor flat in East Village, Stratford 🏡
Rent is £1,064 per month (this also includes the internet bill). Remaining bills are approximately ~£155 each per month for council tax, water, energy/electric and heating. The deposit for this room is £1,075 and the agency has eligibility criteria which means that unfortunately no one with a salary of less than £33,000 will be accepted.
The room:
It's a lovely double room (14'4 x 9'2) with a view onto the courtyard, plenty of space, wardrobes, bedside tables and a double bed.
The flat:
The flat has a communal lounge/dining area and large undercover balcony which we make use of with a drink (or two) on summer evenings. The open plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, integrated microwave, fridge freezer and induction hob. There's also a washer dryer and underfloor heating throughout the flat.
The flat is managed by Get Living who let you make the place your own, e. g. you can hang pictures on the walls etc. They also have an onsite maintenance team, app to log any issues, onsite security etc.
The location:
The flat is in East Village which is a beautiful area with the best of urban and greenery with the Olympic Park and Hackney Wick on our doorstep. There's also a gym a few minutes walk away, lots of lovely bars, cafes, restaurants and Westfield so there's lots to do!
