We have a fully furnished double room available in a spacious, modern East Village flat from 3 November (dates flexible slightly).

The room comes with a king sized bed and mattress, a large wardrobe, two bedside tables and also a chest of drawers (not pictured).

Bathroom is shared with 1 female (me) as the other room in the flat is en-suite.

The entire flat will have new carpets & curtains and will be freshly repainted before you move in.

Rent is £1,050 per month, no deposit, and bills are circa £130 - £170 per month per person (season dependent).

You’ll live in a friendly, considerate household with two working professionals (1 female and 1 male) in their early 30s.

Housemates:

• Danielle (Me) - 31, work as a lawyer in the city and 3/4 days in the office

• Blaze - 32, works in insurance, largely WFH but a few days in the office

The kitchen is fully equipped & the large living room has comfy sofas and plants and is great for relaxing.
