Excellent transport links, about a 10‑minute walk to Stratford station (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth Line, Overground, DLR and National Rail), giving fast links across London.
Coffee shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep, with Westfield nearby, and plenty of gyms and supermarkets within a short walk.
Hackney Wick and Victoria Park around a 20‑minute walk providing plenty of places to run, cycle or relax.
Council tax & bills come to approximately £125 each over winter.
