The kitchen is complete with the usual amenities and plenty of cupboard space. The living area comes with two sofas, a dining table, separate washing machine and tumble dryer, and the flat comes with loads of storage space.
The building has an on-site concierge and mail room, is really clean and tidy, and feels very safe at night, as the building uses a fob access and intercom system.
Council tax & bills come to approximately £125 each over winter.
The room includes a double bed, large wardrobe, and plenty of space for a desk, and you'll share a large bathroom with two other people.
The move in date would be 1st December. The property is managed by Get Living, who are really responsive with any maintenance queries.
There is no deposit provided you can qualify for Get Living deposit free offer during affordability checks (annual income £35k), as well as the usual credit/employment referencing. Any rent increases will be capped by CPI, and won't increase until at least June 26.
