I’m looking for 2 lovely new flatmates to join me in this gorgeous 3-bed flat in East Village, Stratford. It’s the perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk from Stratford International, Stratford Station, and Westfield Shopping Centre. The neighbourhood is amazing: clean, modern, and full of life, with gyms, cafés, and supermarkets right on our doorstep (literally a 2-minute walk away!).

• Bright, spacious and modern with a huge open-plan living area
• Massive patio/balcony – perfect for summer hangouts, brunches, or a morning coffee in the sun
• Fully furnished throughout
• Two available bedrooms – equal size, super spacious, and fully furnished
• The two new flatmates will share a modern bathroom, while I have my own ensuite
• Plenty of storage and a homely, relaxed vibe

👩‍💼 About me:
I’m a 9–5 professional working in finance — usually in the office three days a week and from home two days. I’m easy-going, tidy, and enjoy a calm atmosphere during the week. Outside of work I love Pilates, yoga, swimming, baking, and spending weekends catching up with friends.

🌸 Who I’m looking for:
Ideally two friendly, like-minded girls who also enjoy a relaxed, comfortable home environment. It would be lovely to have flatmates who are social but also respectful of each other’s space ,people who want the flat to feel like a home.

Both rooms are available from 1st January.
