6 Week Short Term Let (All Bills Included)

We have an opportunity for someone to take a double bedroom in a great flatshare in East Village from 14th December 2025 - 25th January 2026 (6 weeks)

✨ IMPORTANT INFO:
- Rent for the room is £1,400 PCM (£2,100 for the 6 week let)
- A small security deposit will be taken to protect against any damage

Your Room & Flat
The room is a bright, furnished double bedroom with private modern bathroom (detached). Room includes double bed, built in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, a desk, and a set of drawers.

The rest of the house is equally spacious, with an open-plan lounge/kitchen all furnished with built in Siemens appliances and a large winter garden overlooking the courtyard.

Your Housemates:
The other housemates are three working professionals in their mid-late twenties. We all get along well and try to hang out as often as we can. Here’s a little bio about each of them;

Shiona - Aussie/Kiwi - 29 - works as a Speech and Language Therapist in the NHS. Loves going out for food and having pot luck dinners with friends/housemates at home. Enjoys a wine, cheese and board game night. Trying to find new places to explore in London or Europe most weekends.

Lily - English - 25 - works in Legal in central London. Enjoys watching football and spending time with friends. Loves to travel and bring snacks from various countries back to share with her housemates. Easy going and loves to cook.

Ipsa - Indian - 28 - works in Impact Investing in central London. Likes to cook for the flat, makes fabulous chai and loves to crochet. Currently training for the hackney half so always up for a run.

Overall, we are looking for someone who is friendly and easy to get along with.

The Area
Flat is located in East Village, a purpose built village for the Olympics back in 2012. Everything is lovely and modern, and there a lots of restaurants and bars close by. The building is opposite Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (views out over park from bedroom and living space) and 10 minute walk from Hackney Wick, right by the canal with loads of cool bars and restaurants. Approximately 5 minute walk from Stratford International DLR and 15 minutes from Stratford tube station which is easy for any commute (so many lines come through there). Also 5-10 min walk from Westfield Stratford for all your shopping needs
