Bright and airy double room available in a stylish 3-bed, 2-bath flat on the 6th floor (with lift), with beautiful views over Victory Park. The flat is in the sought-after East Village development, in a quiet pedestrianised area, just a 4-minute walk from Stratford International and excellent transport links via Stratford.

You'll be sharing with James, a visual merchandising manager and Ajay, a property manager - both friendly, respectful professionals who enjoy a relaxed, tidy home. We do spend time together but also appreciate each other’s own space. We’re both cis gay males.

The flat has the following;

Modern kitchen with all appliances
Spacious living/dining area
Two bathrooms (you'll share with one other)

The room won't come with the current furniture as that is the former flatmates but Get Living will provide new furniture. Also a few items from the living space will leave with old flatmate but the rest stays.

The bills are around £100-£150 monthly depending on the time of year.
