We’re two friends looking for someone lovely to join our 3-bed, 2-bath flat in East Village. The contract will start 31st December, though an earlier move-in might be possible depending on when our current flatmate leaves!

The room is a double bedroom in a bright, spacious flat. You’d share a bathroom with one of us. The flat comes fully furnished — fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, a big living/dining space, and two balconies ✨

Rent: £1075/month (includes WiFi)
Bills: Around £270–£300 total (~£100 each)
Security deposit: £1270

A bit about us: we’re both 23 and work full-time on an early schedule — usually out around 6am and back home early evening. Because of that, we’re ideally looking for someone who has a similar routine or is happy with a household that winds down earlier on weekdays. We’re respectful, easygoing, and just want a home that feels comfortable for everyone 😇

We enjoy spending time together — movie nights, cooking, exploring London, chilled evenings in — and we’d love someone who wants to feel part of the home too, not just share the space!

We’d get on best with someone who’s a working professional, friendly, relaxed, and up for a sociable but chilled home vibe. No pets and no couples, unfortunately.
