Room to rent- East Village Stratford

I’m moving out of London in the new year and looking for someone to take over my room.

The flat is managed by Get Living, so no deposit is required, but you will need to complete their standard vetting process.

You’ll be living with my current flatmate, a close friend and working professional. He’s sociable, tidy, and respectful, and is hoping for someone similar—especially as most of the furnishings are his. He works in finance, enjoys staying active (gym, running), and is always up for a pub trip. The neighbours are great too—very friendly and sociable, and we’ve built a good relationship with them. The area is safe, with regular security, and residents have access to a private courtyard.

While the room doesn’t have an en-suite, my flatmate mostly uses his own, so I’ve effectively had primary use of the main bathroom.

He is also considering buying a place in the future, so there’s a chance the second room may become available down the line.

Bills usually come to £175–£200 per month, including council tax.

The flat has excellent transport links: around 5 minutes to Stratford International (DLR) and 15 minutes to Stratford Underground.
