Double Room + Ensuite in Beautiful Sunny Flat

Hiya! My flatmate is looking to move out so I'm looking for someone to replace her room & her on the contract.
The Flat..
A lovely 2b2b apartment in East Village Stratford, on the 6th Floor with all south facing windows (so lots of sun light!) and a huge balcony. The flat is fully furnished. The bathroom is right next door to the available bedroom and would be solely yours (there is an extra bit of wall covering the bedroom & bathroom door, which gives extra privacy).
The kitchen is a good size, we have nice comfy sofas, a big dining table, & space for another desk if you wanted to work from the living room. The kitchen/living room is open plan.
Location..
- Stratford International Station (5m walk)
- Stratford Tube Station (8m walk)
- Sainsbury's (5m walk)
- Westfield Shopping Centre (8m walk)

Bills..
Internet is included. All other bills would be on top of rent that we would split 50/50. A rough estimate is between £180-£215 pp pm, which includes a biweekly cleaner.

About Me..
I'm a 34 year old female working in tech. I mostly wfh & keep headphones on during any calls. I like to cook, read, go to dance classes, & watch standup! I'm tidy, considerate, and don't have people over that often.

Looking For..
Someone vegetarian who will treat the flat with respect, like a home and keep it clean+tidy. It would be nice to chat sometimes and hangout, but also there’s no pressure to do so!

The rental company ask for referrals / go through a checking process, so the likely earliest move in date would be 28th Dec but potential for sooner.
