Double room in calm, friendly all-female flat

A bright double room is available in a lovely all-female four-bedroom flat in Stratford’s East Village.

• The Room and Flat:

The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, dark wooden chest of drawers and bedside table. It is located on the third floor and shares a modern bathroom with just one other housemate. The bathroom is directly next to the bedroom, so it feels very similar to having an en-suite.

The flat has a modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living area on the second floor, as well as a private patio/terrace that backs onto a secure, gated communal courtyard.

• Who you would be sharing with:

You would be sharing with three working professional women ages 26, 30 & 37. The household is friendly, respectful and calm — everyone is busy with work and their own routines, but also enjoys the occasional movie night or glass of wine together at the weekend. We’re ideally looking for a female working professional aged roughly around 25–40 who is clean, considerate and values a relaxed, respectful home.

• The Location:

The location is excellent. Stratford Station and Westfield are around a 5–10 minute walk away, with fantastic transport links across London. Stratford International Station is also within walking distance. East Village itself has a great selection of cafés, restaurants and local amenities, and the Stansted coach stop is just a few minutes away, making early flights very easy.

• Bills and availability:

Bills come to £140 per person for the month. The next rent is due on March 16 2026 so I have put this as the available date, but I can be flexible and agree on a potentially earlier move in date.
