Room in lovely all female four bedroom flat in Stratford, East village!

The room is a double room which comes with the bed, wardrobe, the dark wooden chest of drawers and bedside table. The bedroom is on the third floor of the flat and shares a bathroom (also on the third floor) with just one other housemate.

There is a modern open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area on the second floor. The property has a patio area/ terrace that backs onto the communal gated court yard.

Currently there is four working professional females (including myself) at the property. The flat is friendly and chilled, everyone has been in the area for some time now so are often out and about doing their own thing. They are also however, very happy to watch a movie and have a glass of wine on the weekend nights they are around! Ideally looking for a female around 25-40, working professional who is clean, friendly and considerate of their housemates.

The flat is in an excellent location about a 5-10 minute walk to Stratford tube station and Westfield shopping centre and about 5- 10 minute walk to Stratford international station as well. It is a short walk from the centre of the East village, where there are many restaurants, coffee shops and a couple of bars. The coach stop to Stanstead is also about 5 minutes walk away so it makes getting an early flight super easy!
