Fully furnished, double room in a townhouse, East Village
I’ll be moving out of my furnished double room in our 4 bed townhouse located in Stratford’s East Village.
The Room:
The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and large wardrobe. The rent will be £900pcm and bills are usually around c.£120pp. You will be sharing the main bathroom with one other person.
The House:
The townhouse spans across 3 floors, with an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. We have a large utility cupboard with a washer/dryer, and plenty of storage for cleaning supplies etc. We also have lots of extra communal storage space on the top floor, which you will share with the two girls whose bedrooms are also on the same floor. The house was fully furnished with brand new furniture, when we moved into this property in October 2022. We also have a large patio area, which leads into the communal garden space.
Current flatmates:
You will be living with three girls, aged 22-30, a mix of working professionals in the City and a student.
Laura (27) works as an Underwriter.
Vanessa (30) works as a Clinical Research Technician.
Anastasiia (22) is a student.
We’ve all met through spareroom over the past few years and get on really well. The girls are all super friendly, very very clean, respectful of eachother’s space and are looking for someone likeminded to join them 😊
Tenancy:
We are looking for someone to take the room from the 15th January, but we can be flexible with move in dates, if the incoming tenant needed to move in earlier 😊 You would only officially be on the contract from the 15th January, but would be able to move in at an earlier date, provided you pass the referencing/ rent eligibility via Get Living.
The Area:
We are located in the East Village, and are just a 5 minute walk away from Stratford Station, Stratford DLR Station and also Stratford International. The area has many great coffee shops, new Pilates studios, bakeries and also, just a 5 minute walk away to lots of shops and restaurants inside Westfield Shopping Centre.
New flatmate preference & extra info:
Ideally we’re looking for a female, between 23-33, someone who is also a working professional and someone who takes pride in having a clean house - we all work long, busy days and we love having a clean house to come home too, so looking for someone who is likeminded 😊
*Due to needing a quick replacement, we will not be accepting students / anyone who would require a gurantor - you will need to earn atleast £30,000 and have a good credit score x
