Flexible start date: from 22 Dec (counting full weeks) OR from 1 Jan

📅 Rental Term:
Short-term let for around 3 months, until 23 March 2025.
After that, you can choose to renew the tenancy together with the current flatmates if you wish.

All female — female tenant only for this room.

🏢 Contract & Deposit:
This is an official tenancy transfer via Get Living, not a private sublet.
Deposit required by Get Living:

Total tenancy deposit: £5907.69

Holding deposit for reserving the room: £600

These were previously split among 4 tenants (£1476.92 + £150 per person).
For taking over the room, you will need to:

Pay the deposit share

Pay the remaining 3 months’ rent in advance
