I am sadly moving out of our 4 bed townhouse in East Village after almost 3 years so looking for someone to take my place! We have the lease until April 2026 but the girls are planning to sign for another year until April 2027.

💰Rent: £991 per month (may increase slightly in April - last year was by £30)

The double bedroom is on the top floor and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and chest of drawers, and you’d be sharing the bathroom with one other girl.

The kitchen, dining room and living room area are on the floor below with our own garden and access to a shared courtyard.

You’d be living with 3 girls aged 27-28 who enjoy dinner nights in, pub quizzes, festivals, movie nights, crafting, after work drinks, travelling and exploring London 🍜🥂🍿🚌🍸🧶🎨🎪✈️ as well as our little ginger cat Tigger 😽
