The current lease runs until 24th July 2027, but you will be able to stay and take on a new lease with the girls who plan to stay. Please note the rent will be reviewed with the new lease so could be subject to an increase.

The flat is currently shared with two girls. One flatmate will be moving out in January, and her room will be taken by a new tenant, so the household will have two new people moving in around the same time.

You:
The girls are looking for a friendly, tidy and clean female flatmate to join the flat. They're not party animals, but up for catching up after work, watching a film etc 😊 No pets please, but house plants are welcome and encouraged 🪴
