We live in a modern flat with a large living space, a big balcony, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a washing & drying machine.
There's a large shared courtyard which is private to tenants in the building.

The flat is very well situated in east village, close to transport links, shop and cafes, restaurants and bars.

The room comes with 2 bedside tables, drawers and a double wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

Bills come to approximately £135 pcm, this includes 1GB/s Wifi, council tax, water and electricity.

We’re two friendly, easygoing guys who keep the flat clean and tidy. We’re very sociable and enjoy spending time together, whether that’s hanging out at home, having people over, or going out and doing things.

We are looking for a fun, social and laid back girl or guy to move in.
