As I am moving home, Yoana (25) and Zainab (22) are looking for a lovely girl to join them in their flat in the East Village! This tenancy runs to June 2028 (with opportunity to leave) so we are looking for someone with a longer term rental in mind. The location is amazing- it’s a 8 minute walk to Stratford Station, and just a 5 minute walk to Westfield. We would love to live with someone who is looking to connect with their roommates!
Rent:
£1040 per month including wifi. The bills are between £120-£150 a month. The rent includes onsite maintenance who come within 24 hours to fix any problems in the flat. In accordance with Get Living, you must earn £32,000 and over, or provide a UK-based guarantor.
About the Room:
Furnished double Room (excluding desk and chair) with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a private courtyard.🌳You will be sharing the bathroom with Zainab.
Yoana has a cat, so it’s important that you love pets! 🐱
