Hiya! My flatmate is moving out of her room in our 2 bed 2 bathroom flat in East Village Stratford to move in with her partner. Looking for someone to take over her part of the tenancy from February 28th 2026 💖

The tenancy is until August 2028, and has a break clause that means you would be able to find a new tenant to replace you if needed but rent is fixed for 3 years if you wish to stay long term!

🚂 Transport
The flat is very well connected
- 4 min walk to stratford international dlr station where you can take the dlr to stratford from (one stop)
- Stratford station is also not a long walk (10 mins or so) and has Central, Elizabeth, Jubilee, Dlr, Overground and National Rail
- Several bus stations nearby as well

📍 Location + Amenities
- 5 mins from the Westfield shopping centre - Many grocery stores nearby
- Can walk to several fitness studios and stadiums, cafés, pubs, etc.
- Lots going on in the area always so you’ll always have weekend plans!
- It’s also a 15 min walk to hackney wick, and near the Olympic park which is so lovely to walk round!!
- There’s no concierge but parcels/packages are delivered to the door step
- Get living is very responsive to complaints and any issues with the flat are resolved quickly

💰 Bills
Roughly 90pp for utilities and 90pp for council tax = ~ £180 pcm
