I am the current tenant in the flat and occupy the second room and bath. I work full time in Canary Wharf in person 4 days a week from 9-5. I try to be as tidy, organised, and clean as possible and am hoping for the same in return. Very much into sharing the household responsibilities and helping each other out but also having consideration for the other. I have lived in this apartment for 3 years so I know the flat and area well. I seldom have friends/big gatherings over but dont mind any such activities from time to time. Not opposed to any friends/gatherings being over, will just request prior notice. I usually tend to have my s/o over in my room on the weekends. We stay out of any common areas unless we give prior notice and do not cause any disruption/noise in the flat.
