I’m moving out to live with my partner elsewhere and am looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely East Village flat. I’ve really enjoyed living here, it’s a great space and location, and I’m hoping to find the right person to take my place.

The flat
We live in East Village, Stratford, in a modern new-build apartment. The flat is a 2-bed, 2-bath and comes fully furnished. There’s also a good-sized balcony overlooking the internal quad, which is perfect for a coffee or some fresh air.

You’ll be taking over a spacious double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, so you’ll have plenty of privacy.

Costs
Rent: £1,365 pcm
Bills (including council tax): Max £200 pcm in winter, less in summer

Move-in date: 1st March

Extra storage and a parking space are available for an additional fee if needed

The flat would suit you if you’re looking for a home that is: Calm, comfortable and easy to settle into. Respectful and friendly - Happy to chat occasionally but also value your own space. Clean, tidy and well looked after.

Bedroom includes: double bed, wardrobe, tallboy chest of drawers and two bedside tables. The room is spacious enough to comfortably fit a large desk.

24/7 on-site security and access to maintenance staff whenever needed

The flatmate
You’ll be living with one flatmate - Lisa (28F), a professional originally from Ukraine. She’s friendly, considerate and easy to live with. Outside of work she enjoys reading, playing the piano, and staying active with tennis and squash. She keeps the flat clean and values a relaxed, respectful home environment.
