Hey Girls!
Our flatmate is moving to Aus therefore we have an en-suite bedroom coming available in our lovely 3 bed flat mid February (can be slightly flexible if anyone needs to move in earlier).
Room/ flat 🛏️: the room comes fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, bedside tables etc. It has a modern bathroom with bath/shower shared with one other flatmate. The flat itself has a large open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. It also has a big terrace area perfect for summer.
Location📍: The flat is located in the amazing East Village, an area we all stumbled across and still love 4 years later, it’s packed with independent coffee shops and restaurants to explore, has Westfield Shopping Centre on your doorstep, the Olympic Park and Victoria Park for runs and walks.
Really well connected to the city - close to Hackney Wick, Stratford / Stratford International Station.
Rent 💰: the rent is £1137 per month + the usual bills on top.
About us 👯♀️: you'll be sharing with myself and Becca (28 & 25). We are both sociable people who enjoy a night out, gymming, the odd run club etc. We also enjoy a chilled evening and are mindful everyone needs some "me" time every now and again. We would love someone who is also sociable, up for listening to our rants after work, watching TV/ the latest Netflix series, going for drinks etc!
