A cozy, fully furnished double room is available in a modern 2-bed apartment in East Village. The room comes with its own spacious en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, and is ready to move in immediately.

The apartment has an open-plan kitchen and living area with a dishwasher and oven, leading onto a large balcony that’s perfect for relaxing. The two bedrooms are directly opposite each other, so there’s plenty of privacy and minimal disturbance.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me — I work in fashion in Soho and enjoy spending time with friends, as well as the occasional café visit together with my flatmate. I’m friendly, easygoing, and respectful of personal space.

I’m looking for someone who is clean and considerate (not obsessively tidy!), happy to clean up after themselves and help with weekly cleaning of shared areas. Ideally, you’re someone who is fairly quiet, doesn’t host house parties, and won’t bring a partner to stay over.
