Only a 5 min walk to Stratford International, 10 mins from Stratford (Jubilee, Elizabeth, National rail, Central here)

Bright double room with en-suite. Comes furnished with essentials.

🏠 The Flat:
Shares living room and kitchen - very tidy.

💰 Rent & Bills:
Rent: £1315 per month.
Bills come up to around £200 per month, basis season.

Deposit: £1450 - 5 weeks' rent to be paid to the landlord, returnable on leaving the house.
