We have a lovely modern double bedroom becoming available next month in a furnished three‑bedroom, sixth‑floor flat with friendly flatmates.

The Room
A good‑sized double with an en suite, furnished with a bed, bedside drawers and a wardrobe. The flat has underfloor heating throughout, and the room overlooks a private courtyard.

Bills are around £100–£150 per month including council tax, and internet is included. Free bike storage is available, with optional underground parking for an additional fee.

The Flat
Bright, open‑plan living room and kitchen with air‑conditioning, plenty of space, and a covered balcony you can use year‑round. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The other two flatmates share the main bathroom; you’ll have your own en suite.

The Flatmates
You’d be living with Imaad and Cerys, both young professionals who enjoy the gym, pub trips, Netflix and exploring London. The flat is relaxed, tidy and sociable, while still respecting everyone’s space. Both work from home a couple of days a week, and the Wi‑Fi handles it well.

Moving In
The room will be available from February 16th. In‑person viewings are preferred, but online viewings can be arranged.

Referencing is handled by Get Living, who require a credit check. They’re very responsive with maintenance, and no deposit is required.

The Area
East Village is a quiet, safe and well‑connected neighbourhood with great cafés, bars and restaurants. Sainsbury’s is 2 minutes away, Westfield is 5 minutes, and the Olympic Park is on your doorstep. Hackney Wick and Victoria Park are within walking distance.

Stratford International (DLR & National Rail) is 5 minutes away, and Stratford station (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth line, Overground, buses) is about 15 minutes. Most of Central London is reachable within 30–45 minutes.
