Sadly my housemate is moving back home and I’m looking for someone to take over her tenancy in our lovely 2 bed flat from mid to late March (dates can be flexible if anyone needs to move in earlier).

📍Location: just under a 15 mins walk to Stratford station (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth line, and Overground) and 5 mins from Stratford Int (DLR, fast train to St Pancras). We’re also 10 mins from Hackney Wick and 15 mins away from Victoria Park, which is perfect for the summer!

🏡Room/flat: unfurnished double bedroom with an ensuite and triple wardrobe (my flatmate would be open to selling her existing furniture). The room also has aircon and underfloor heating. The flat has an open plan kitchen/living room as well as a balcony. It’s a lovely living space with loads of natural light

💰Rent: £1364.88 pcm + bills. There’s no deposit for the flat and the tenancy runs until the end of July 2027

⭐️Flatmate: Charlotte (25) works in insurance near Liverpool Street. Loves running, travelling, having a mooch round East ldn, grabbing a pastry and coffee and probably ending up at the pub
