Double bedroom with a private bathroom

I ’m looking for a new flatmate as my friend will unfortunately be moving out soon.

Ideally, I’m looking for a female flatmate (around 24–30, though this isn’t a deal breaker) who would enjoy and fit into the comfortable, relaxed home we’ve created here.

If you’re easygoing, respectful, clean, and like to treat your home as a little sanctuary to unwind, then we might be a great match 😊

In previous flatshares, I’ve always enjoyed becoming friends with my flatmates - socialising together and with friends while also valuing personal space. I think this type of balance is important to keeping a home feeling calm, homely, and stress-free.

The flat is modern and located in the lovely East Village residential area, with plenty of green spaces for walks, as well as great cafés and restaurants nearby. Westfield is about a 6-minute walk away - very convenient (and potentially dangerous for your wallet 🛍️).

The building has a 24/7 concierge and fantastic amenities on the 10th floor, including a gym, yoga studio, screening room, relaxing area, phone booth and communal kitchen.

💸 Rent: £1,375 per person per month + bills (approx. £200)
❌ No deposit required.
Please note the bedroom will come unfurnished. You will have two closets: one built-in and the other in the corridor, however you’d need your own bed.
🏠 Available from: ideally 21st March (aligned with rent date). But it can be between mid March to 21st if you need to move in earlier - we’re happy to be flexible for the right person.
