Excellent location just minutes from Westfield Stratford City, Stratford Station and multiple transport links. Easy commute to central London. Plenty of supermarkets, cafés, bubble tea shops and restaurants nearby.

📅 Tenancy
Available from mid-March 2026 to mid-July 2026.

💰 Rent
£1300 per month excluding bills.
A small discount can be offered if the full four months’ rent is paid upfront.

🔒 Deposit
£1000 security deposit required (separate from rent).
I have already paid a £2000 deposit to the landlord for the property. As I will not be returning to the UK, the deposit responsibility will be transferred to the new tenant. At the end of the tenancy, if the room and shared areas are returned in good condition, the full £1000 will be refunded to you.
