East Village is a super convenient and vibrant area with lots of cafés, restaurants, gyms and green spaces.
The flat is 5-minute walk to Stratford International DLR & about 10 minutes to Stratford Station (tube, DLR, Overground, national rail), 7 minutes to Westfield Stratford, 2 minutes to Olympic Park and just a short walk to Hackney Wick. Easy and quick access to central London!

🏡 The rooms available:
• 1 ensuite room – ideal for 1 female tenant
💷 £1000/month + bills
• 1 large ensuite room on the ground floor, more private and separated – open to both male or female tenants
💷 £1100/month + bills (broadband included)
Council tax band D
💡 Bills: approx. £70–£90/month, depending on the season.
📅 Move-in date: late February
