Looking for someone to replace me as i'll be moving out the flat in the middle of March.
Currently an all-male flat and the preference of my flatmates is to keep it that way, if possible.
Everyone's super chill, sociable and respects the flat - chipping in with the cleaning, buying household things and just anything general related to the shared living spaces.
The flat itself is on the top floor of the building. It's a penthouse style flat with a huge balcony/rooftop terrace which is amazing in the summer. The views aren't bad either!
The living area and kitchen is open-plan and you'll have all the utilities, furniture, cutlery etc. ready for you.
You'll be sharing the bathroom with one other person. It's a decent size bathroom with enough storage space and is kept very clean.
The flat falls under Council Tax Band: D (Newham).
